You receive a clear quotation on FOB, CFR or CIF basis, with packing, lead time, payment terms and validity stated.
Quality preview
We show you the actual goods through photos, videos or a live video call, so you can judge colour, size and cleanliness for yourself. Physical samples can be couriered if you request one. Your order proceeds once you approve the quality.
Order & secure payment
We issue a proforma invoice from our registered company account. Payment terms — advance TT, balance against documents or LC — are agreed upfront.
Sourcing & quality control
Goods are sourced from vetted suppliers, cleaned, graded and checked against your specification. Lab testing is arranged where your market requires it.
Proof before dispatch
Photos and videos of the finished goods, packing, marking and container loading are shared before shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged at your request.
Shipment & documents
We coordinate freight and customs, share tracking updates, and send the complete document set so your clearance goes smoothly.
