01 Products & Services

Veriton Global is a manufacturer and exporter of jute and cotton bags. Specific product specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery terms will be outlined in individual Purchase Orders or Supply Agreements.

02 Ordering & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Veriton Global. An order is confirmed only upon our written acknowledgement. For custom orders, a signed specification sheet and deposit payment are required before production commences.

03 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed
• A minimum 50% deposit is required before production begins
• Balance payment is due before shipment
• Wire transfer (TT) is the accepted payment method
• Bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer

04 Samples

Physical samples are available before bulk orders are placed. Sample production costs may apply and are communicated at the time of enquiry. Bulk production begins only after written sample approval from the buyer.

05 Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx under the CSB-V courier channel
• Standard lead time is 15–30 days depending on order size
• Full export documentation will be provided
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier
• Veriton Global is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs

06 Quality & Claims

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. Any claims regarding defects must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Approved claims will be resolved by replacement or credit note at our discretion.

07 Intellectual Property

Custom designs and logos provided by the buyer remain the buyer’s intellectual property. By providing them, you grant a limited licence to manufacture the specified products.

08 Limitation of Liability

Veriton Global’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
